I was lucky enough to get my hands on a couple of the new Benefit Cosmetics Dandelion range. The packaging is utterly gorgeous, and contains a range of fantastic products. The Dandelion wishes focuses on rose and pinks and includes:
- Dandelion brightening face powder
- Dandelion Ultra Plush Gloss
- Roller lash mascara
- Posie balm lip balm
- High Beam highlighter
High beam, Posie balm lip balm, and Roller lash mascara are all best sellers and known widely by beauty gurus everywhere. Dandelion Ultra Plush Gloss and Brightening Face Powder are new editions to this special set. Dandelion Ultra Plush Gloss is a smooth formula in a lovely shade of pink that compliments lipstick or just on its own. Dandelion Brightening Face Powder is a pink champagne colour and could easily used as a nice pale blush, eyeshadow and of course a subtle highlight.
I also got Dandelion Shy Beam which is a new version of the popular High Beam. High beam is a shimmery champagne highlighter that brings a nice highlighted glow to the face. Shy Beam is a nude pink radiant matte highlighter. They have upped the packaging to make it a bit more high end and glamourous. At first glance it almost looks like a concealer and is quite matte compared to it’s counter High Beam. But when it’s on it’s is amazing, it really brightens up your face and I find it to be more concentrated and pigmented the High Beam.
I highly recommend Shy Beam, especially if you love High Beam but are looking for more of a matte and pigmented highlighter, this is the way to go!
Benefit has also released a new liquid face bronzer named Dew the Hoola. It’s a soft matte liquid bronzer that is shimmer-less and sheer-less. You get the glow, without the gleam. And just for my lovely readers I have x1 Dew the Hoola to give away!
